Tara Pinkston
Medical Billing Specialist
Tara was born and raised as a native of Las Vegas. She studied Medical Administration at PIMA Medical Institute. She joined us after working several years in the fast-paced world of anesthesia. Her background of payment posting, insurance knowledge and accounting have all played a vital role in her position here with HeadsUp. She also has a great love of reports which has assisted in being able to efficiently expedite processes within the clinic. Aside from billing, Tara plays a vital role in our veterans’ program and working closely with the VA to ensure the mental health care of our nation’s heroes.
Her passion for community outreach and working with people have driven her to truly enjoy the roles she plays with HeadsUp. Her future goal consists of working on the clinical side of operations by obtaining a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work so she can better provide to the community.

Patrick Ross Scott
PhD, LCSW, DCSW, LFAPA
Executive Vice President and Clinical Director of HeadsUp Guidance & Wellness Centers of Nevada
Former clinical social work specialist and clinical manager at the Emergency Department of Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California, Dr. Scott brings additional specialties in unconscious mind integration, organizational development, mental health, executive and leadership development, healthcare administration, mediation, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution between disparate groups. After 20 years of conventional psychotherapy practice, Dr. Scott currently focuses on coaching and psychotherapy utilizing hypnotherapy, Huna and Mental Emotional Release to get excellent results and lasting change.
For over 30 years, he has consulted with, trained and coached healthcare organizations, Fortune 50 Corporations and non-profit organizations in the arenas of leadership development, communication and accountability. Bringing a wealth of experience in human behavior, Dr. Scott is committed to assisting individuals, families and organizations toward the integration of the essential elements of physical, intellectual, emotional, intuitive and spiritual resources toward achievement of organizational objectives, personal development and lasting, foundational effectiveness. As a lifelong learner and teacher, he remains committed to developing the next generation of excellence in behavioral health.

Sandra Fukui Dunn
MS, I/O Psychology
Director of Administration
Sandra Fukui Dunn is a highly experienced professional in behavioral health administration, holding a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Currently serving as the Director of Administration, she has a long history of involvement in the field, starting as a volunteer for HeadsUp in 2009. Over the years, Sandra has worked across various industries in Las Vegas, from hotels to healthcare, and has observed a common thread: most people simply want to be happy. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between behavioral health challenges in the community and the delivery of comprehensive care at all levels. Sandra strongly believes that everyone should have access to high-quality behavioral health care and the necessary support to succeed, advocating for the rights of individuals to receive the care they need to thrive.

Akemi Callahan
Office Manager
Akemi Callahan is an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in convention coordination and administrative management. Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Akemi recognized the need for mental health support in her community and has been dedicated to helping others throughout her personal and professional life. Her experience as a caretaker for her parents has shaped her compassion and commitment to serving those in need.
Currently, Akemi serves as the Office Manager at Heads Up Guidance and Wellness Centers of Nevada, where she leads a team focused on providing the highest quality mental health care. She is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration to further enhance her skills and knowledge in the healthcare field.

Colleen O’Callaghan-Miele
Colleen O’Callaghan-Miele is the Founder, President, and CEO of Heads Up Guidance and Wellness Centers of Southern Nevada. Colleen is currently a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Clinical Hypnotherapy, TET (Time Empowerment Technique), and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). She has reached Level 4 in the ancient Hawaiian empowerment techniques of HUNA and has studied extensively at Kona University.
Colleen serves the clients of Heads Up in many ways but mostly enjoys using her skills in mental and emotional rejuvenation during sessions. As a Master Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of several healing arts, Colleen creates environments of safety and nurturing where deep, long-lasting healing takes place. Her clients report amazing results that continue to benefit them over time.
Colleen is also the proud mother of six sons and nine grandchildren. She enjoys travel, animals, nature, and cooking.

Levi Zamorano
As a Healthcare Professional with eight years of experience in the healthcare industry, Levi Zamorano is a dedicated and highly organized professional currently part of the front office team dedicated to serving our clients.
Passionate about delivering quality service, Levi is committed to fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff.

Carolina Hodson
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Carolina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at HeadsUp Guidance and Wellness Centers of Nevada, where she has been providing therapeutic support since 2021. She specializes in working with individuals aged 10 and older, assisting clients who face a variety of challenges, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, and substance use. Carolina helps her clients set and achieve meaningful goals such as emotional regulation, improved interpersonal skills, and recovery from trauma.
Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Carolina employs a diverse array of evidence-based modalities, including Exposure Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She skillfully tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
With over three years of experience as a volunteer crisis counselor, along with practicum experiences at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System and the Human Behavior Institute, Carolina brings a wealth of knowledge and deep empathy to her practice.
Having grown up in a large, multiracial family, Carolina developed a profound sense of compassion and a commitment to giving back to her community. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and remains passionately dedicated to guiding others through life’s challenges.

Taylor Moten
Taylor Moten is a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant with extensive experience in the field of behavioral health, where she has been serving patients since 2019. In addition to her role as a medical assistant, she holds certifications in phlebotomy and injectables, showcasing her diverse skill set and commitment to comprehensive patient care. Taylor is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their mental health, advocating for equitable access to quality behavioral health services for all. Her hands-on experience and compassionate approach have made her a valuable resource for those navigating their behavioral health journeys. Taylor believes deeply that everyone, regardless of background or circumstances, deserves the opportunity to receive effective and compassionate care to improve their well-being.

Manuel Lopez
LCSW
Manuel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Las Vegas native, has dedicated his career to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, followed by a Master of Social Work from Chamberlain University. With over five years of experience across various settings—including crisis intervention, hospital case management, medical social work and community-based mental health—he now focuses primarily on psychotherapy.
Specializing in therapy for adolescents and young adults, Manuel helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and family conflicts. His approach is collaborative and client-centered, tailoring each session to fit individual needs while drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing.
As a Spanish-speaking therapist, Manuel is passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking community, providing culturally responsive care, and guiding individuals and families in addressing mental health concerns with confidence and support. He strives to create a welcoming and empowering space where clients can explore challenges, develop resilience, and work toward personal growth.

Raquel “Rocki” Campbell
As an experienced relational psychotherapist committed to providing a safe space for healing while assisting in the areas of gender diversity, acculturation difficulties, and mixed-orientation marital issues, Rocki uses a strength-based trauma-informed theoretical perspective as a way to guide clients toward reaching their therapeutic goals while obtaining a more fulfilling life balance.
Rocki utilizes individualized treatment plans, skills, and interventions for goal management will be constructed through the information obtained from each client’s exclusive narrations. Clients can expect to receive comprehensive strength-based skills and practical implementation tools as a way to construct evidence-based successes, tailored for an individualized aesthetic.

Matt Stoll
<p>Matt Stoll is a seasoned mental health professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and earned his Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy in 2010. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and board-approved Clinical Supervisor, Matt has worked extensively in mental health and developmental services since 1994, including more than 18 years with the State of Nevada where he developed and managed various clinical programs.<br />Since transitioning to private practice in 2011, Matt has specialized in working with individuals, couples, families, and children. He utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches, including Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and play therapy. In addition, he is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation, as well as Reunification Therapy and Gottman Institute techniques for couples.</p>
<p>Matt is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. He tailors his therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, considering various factors when developing treatment strategies. Tayeka Williams, MFT-I
Tayeka Williams is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (MFT-I) with a strong commitment to assisting individuals, couples, and families in navigating complex relational dynamics and life transitions. With a focus on fostering healthy communication, developing emotional resilience, and achieving relational harmony, she empowers clients to lead fulfilling and wholesome lives.
Specializing in issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, communication challenges, and parenting or co-parenting dilemmas, Tayeka is dedicated to providing culturally conscious and sensitive counseling to clients from diverse backgrounds. Tayeka Williams earned a master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University, a member of the Chapman University System. Currently, she is pursuing a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Meridian University. Utilizing evidence-based approaches—including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy—Tayeka personalizes treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. In addition to professional pursuits, Tayeka enjoys dancing, hiking, mountain biking, and taking road trips with family during leisure time. Recognizing that everyone has the capacity to function at their best, she believes that sometimes a little help is needed to achieve that goal.
